Crochet Tips
Practice, practice, practice...Practice makes all the difference in learning to crochet. By Sherry
Yarn to use when learning to crochet...When first startingout to learn to crochet, use a light colored yarn. It is easier to see each strand, therefore aids in your ability to see what you are doing and if you are doing it right. By Sherry
Check your work as you go....Be sure to checkback over your work regularly to catch mistakes before you get too far into your project. Double checking your work can help with catch mistakes early so they are easier to correct. Some mistakes can be corrected without undoing your work. By Sherry
Try to keep work tight....Try to keep your yarn tight to make a more detailed work. The loops made by the hook you are using should be comfortably snug and not real loose. This takes practice but the result is much prettier.Thread is trickier to work with than yarn since it doesn't stretch. By Sherry
