Girl's Gathered Knee Length Skirts
The first step in ordering these skirts would be to send me the measurements of the child, then I would let you know what size to order and how much fabric would be needed. Fabric would then need to be purchased. This can be done in two ways. You can pruchase the fabric and send to me or find it in Handcocks or Walmart, send me the UPC and I can purchase it in a local store. A bill would be sent for the order and payment processed.
